Freedom Network USA

The Survivor Reentry Project has moved to Freedom Network USA! The project focuses on criminal record relief for survivors of human trafficking and builds sustainable post-conviction representation practices across the country. The project offers national training and technical assistance on vacatur, expungement, sealing and other criminal record remedies for trafficking survivors, public defenders, legal service lawyers, pro bono attorneys, victims’ advocates, law students, judges, and prosecutors.

The American Bar Association released Post-Conviction Advocacy for Survivors of Human Trafficking: A Guide for Attorneys under the project. This guide includes an introduction to trafficking and post conviction practice, trafficking vacatur laws, and best practices for working with survivors of human trafficking.
