Freedom Network USA (FNUSA) is the nation’s largest alliance of organizations and individual advocates working with survivors of all forms of human trafficking. We mobilize this collective strength to build a transformative approach to human trafficking that is grounded in anti-racism and anti-oppression.

Operations Manager

FNUSA is working to become an anti-racist organization. The Operations Manager is responsible for developing and supporting the organizations growth in size and strength, guided by values of equity and inclusion. This new position will collaborate with the management team to support the Board of Directors, provide human resources support, develop robust evaluations, and ensure legal compliance. This position reports to the Executive Director.

Standards of Care (SOC) Specialist

The Freedom Network Training Institute (FNTI) is a leader in providing dynamic and innovative training and technical assistance to professionals in the human trafficking field. The Standards of Care (SOC) Training & Technical Assistance (TTA) Project is a cooperative agreement, funded by the USDOJ Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), to develop standards of care for anti-trafficking service providers. The SOC TTA Project integrates a diverse group of consultants, including survivors, service providers, and federal agency staff in a collaborative and iterative process. The SOC Specialist will coordinate and document the activities and substantive discussions of the Technical Working Group (TWG), and will also support other FNTI projects as appropriate. The TWG is currently comprised of 25 subject matter experts from the anti-trafficking field. This position reports to the SOC Senior Project Manager.

Survivor Reentry Project Advocate

FNUSA’s Survivor Reentry Project (SRP) is a national clearinghouse and referral network for criminal legal system relief for survivors of human trafficking who have been arrested related to their victimization. SRP offers technical assistance, training, and a network of pro bono lawyers to represent survivors. The SRP Advocate will respond to requests for assistance from survivors and advocates, support training and technical assistance, and provide support, referrals, and advocacy for survivors. This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the SRP Attorney. This position is funded by a 3-year federal grant and further funding is expected.

Survivor Reentry Project Survivor Advisory Group Consultant

FNUSA’s Survivor Reentry Project (SRP) is a national clearinghouse and referral network for criminal record relief for survivors of human trafficking who have been arrested related to their victimization. SRP offers technical assistance, training, and a network of pro bono lawyers to represent survivors. In 2024, SRP will add a 9-12 person Survivor Advisory Group (SAG) to support the survivor-centered development and expansion of SRP. SAG Members will work with SRP staff to develop and update outreach and training materials and project policies and procedures, provide training to SRP partners and the public, and provide feedback to FNUSA. The SAG is funded by a 3-year federal grant, and further funding is expected. SAG members will engage in material and program development in 2024, and continue to provide feedback and revisions in 2025 and 2026. SAG members will be invited to join additional, optional training events throughout the grant period.
