VA Code Ann. ยง 19.2-327.15 et seq.

Trafficking survivors may file a petition to vacate in Virginia, in the county of the offense and with notice and opportunity to object for the prosecuting attorney, prostitution convictions, if the offense was “a direct result of being a victim of sex trafficking.” The survivor must show by a preponderance of evidence standard that they are entitled to relief. Survivors are entitled to a refund of any fines or fees related to their vacated conviction(s).
