How Can We Help You?

If you are a survivor of human trafficking and believe you have a criminal record because of arrests and/or convictions related to your experience, the Survivor Reentry Project can help you learn more about what options may exist for clearing your record.

We can advise you through the process of obtaining your criminal history, review with you to determine whether there are laws that provide a remedy in the states you have been arrested, and, where possible, help locate lawyers to represent you.

If you wish to be connected to the Survivor Reentry team, please complete the following form. Survivor Reentry keeps all information confidential and private.  Staff attempts to promptly respond to all inquiries.
