43 MIRC Ch. 10 – Prohibition of Trafficking in Person Act 2017 – Section 1009

Marshall Islands prohibits trafficking victims from being prosecuted for acts that are a direct consequence of their victimization, but there do not appear to be any provisions for expungement, vacatur, or record sealing for trafficking victims.
