Housing Policy & Procedure Review Flyer
OVC Human Trafficking Housing Grantees are required to submit policies and procedures relevant to the OVC-funded housing project to Freedom Network USA (FNUSA) for review, as outlined in their Award Conditions. The review process is an opportunity to receive feedback on policy & procedure documents through the lens of trauma-informed, voluntary, and person-centered services. The process is also a chance for grantees to troubleshoot any concerns that may arise from implementing these policies and procedures and a way to showcase organizational strengths.

This toolkit was created to address the need for collaboration across programs and communities for anti-trafficking and housing programs. The purpose of this toolkit is to provide information on the most meaningful ways to collaborate, form partnerships, and maintain survivor confidentiality. Additionally, this toolkit contains supplemental resources and a sample Memorandum of Understanding to assist with collaboration building.
