RI St. ยง11-67.1-17

Survivors of trafficking in Rhode Island may petition to vacate convictions and seal or expunge records of the offenses. Relief is limited to prostitution or solicitation offenses.

Survivors may use official documentation to create a presumption of trafficking, but documentation is not required.
