IC 35-38-10-2

A survivor of trafficking who committed an offense that did not result in bodily injury to another person is can petition to have the conviction vacated. The applicant must demonstrate by the preponderance of the evidence that they were trafficked at the time of the offense, that the offense did not result in bodily injury to another person, and, at the time the survivor committed the offense, they were coerced or under the control of another person.
