Update on 2020 Conference

Thank you for registering for this year’s Freedom Network USA Conference. Unfortunately, as a result of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) we have experienced a significant number of cancellations from speakers and attendees. Florida’s governor has declared a public health emergency, and the virus is continuing to spread. This has made it impossible to host the event. Therefore, we have cancelled the conference.

We are, instead, offering a virtual conference. We are committed to bringing the anti-trafficking field high-quality training each year to share best practices, strengthen collaborations, and identify new and persistent challenges. We will host 12 webinars next week and offer CLE (approved) and CEU (pending approval) credit. We will also offer six additional sessions from the program over the next three months. A draft list of sessions is available here. We will be providing a final list shortly. All webinars will be recorded and participants will have access to all of the sessions and all materials for a fee of $125 for members and $150 for general admission.

The virtual event will allow our speakers to present the content they have worked hard to develop and for us to cover costs that we will still incur for the conference. We are also happy to receive some, or all, of your registration fee as a donation.

Please note, you are responsible for cancelling your own hotel room and travel arrangements. Please make sure to contact those vendors directly to cancel your reservations. We apologize for the inconvenience and any costs that you incur. FNUSA’s official cancellation notice is available here, if it is needed for your airline.

We are offering a full refund, minus processing fees, to all conference attendees. If you would like to register for the virtual conference, you can request a refund of the difference. To obtain a refund, please fill out this form. Refunds will be processed by the same system that was used to pay for your registration.

Again, thank you for your interest in the Freedom Network USA Conference. We hope to see you all virtually next week, and in person in Washington DC on March 25-26, 2021!
