Rebecca Clar

Rebecca Clar currently serves as the Secretary for the Freedom Network USA Board of Directors.

Rebecca is Senior Director and Senior Counsel, Global Employment, Compensation and Benefits at Hilton Worldwide.  She has extensive in-house experience providing strategic advice and counsel on all aspects of employment law issues.  Prior to joining Hilton, Rebecca was Chief Counsel, Labor and Employment, Compensation and Benefits, at AOL Inc.  She was an associate in the employment law department at Paul Hastings in D.C. and before that at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. Rebecca also served as a federal clerk in the District Court of New Jersey and is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, NY.  Rebecca has spent much of her legal career assisting on pro bono projects and was the co-chair of the Pro Bono Committee at AOL.  She is originally from Rochester, NY and now lives in Arlington, VA with her husband and two sons.
