Ileana Taylor
Supervising Social Worker, Safe Horizon
Ileana Taylor (she/her), LMSW, has worked at Safe Horizon, formerly Victim Services, for 24 years in different capacities, as a case manager for the Solace Program for Survivors of Torture and Refugee Trauma, and a case manager/Social Worker for the Anti-Trafficking Program. Currently, Ileana is the Supervising Social Worker for the Anti-Trafficking Program.
Ileana became passionate about fighting for human rights while working at the Solace Program. Ileana earned an Associates in Mental Health from LaGuardia Community College. She later went on to receive both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University, as well as a certificate from New York University in Trauma Counseling.
