Miss. Code Ann. ยง 97-3-54.6

Survivors of trafficking can vacate convictions and destroy records for prostitution-related or human trafficking offenses in Mississippi. Survivors must demonstrate that their participation in the offense was a result of being a trafficking victim.

Survivors may include official documentation to create a presumption of trafficking, but it is not required.
